HORMONE BALANCING MEAL PLAN



The hormone levels in our body can change depending on the stage of life like  puberty,pregnancy,menopause and other age related factors . But not just that , our hormones can also be affected by lifestyle related factors such as 
1.Stress
2.Sleeping patters
3.Unhealthy eating
4.Dehydration
5.Medicines
6.Drugs
7.Steroids

These hormonal imbalances may further lead to problems like 
1.Diabetes
2.Hypertension
3.Insomnia
4. Rapid Weight loss/gain
5.Cholesterol
6.Low energy levels/frequent fatigue
7.Mood swings 

90 percent of people i know are encountering one of these factors causing hormonal imbalance . But the good news is that it can be corrected with the right lifestyle changes . While all factors mentioned above are important , i will be focusing on the nutrition part of it here . There are certain foods which help in balancing out the imbalances in our diets and fill in the voids present.

Although hormonal issues are subjective and different with each person , but can be neutralized to a certain degree with the help of these diets.

One such diet is as follows:-

MEAL 1 - IMMEDIATELY AFTER WAKING UP

1. Warm water with lemon and Chia seeds🍋

MEAL 2 -BREAKFAST

2 Eggs / Vegetarians can consume a Dal Cheela with minimum oil🥘
A portion of berries with Yoghurt

OR
Oats with berries and chia seeds
Protein shake🍹
Water melon 


MEAL 3-MID -MORNING SNACK
Chia seeds /Pumpkin seeds
Protein shake or a smoothie
Nuts-almonds,walnuts 

MEAL 4 -LUNCH- Note:do not overeat here ;)
Rotis
Dal/Rajma/Chickpeas
Salad -Kale , broccoli ,avocado 
Curd

MEAL 5 -TEA
Green tea with chia seeds

Meal 6- Dinner

Salad- Broccoli, Bell peppers, Olives, Lettuce  dressed with olive oil and sea salt
Add a protein - Chicken/Paneer/Fish/Soy🍲😋
Quinoa
Papaya


NOTE:

1. Make sure you are consuming 3-4 litres of water along with this
2.Get some exercise  - Atleast 3 times a week for minimum half an hour
3. Lower stress levels
4.Get enough sleep 
5. Share love with  the people around you (and also this diet plan haha ) so that they can be at their best too.
