I have known so many people who are absolutely brilliant physically but often let mental factors (negative thoughts, opinions , lack of confidence , etc) get the better of them . And you know what ? i have been there myself and it SUCKS!

I recently discovered the value of taking time out for what i call a Gratitude walk ! It is just a simple walk on a silent morning or evening where you take a "time off " from the day and reflect and talk to yourself .  No , i am not crazy . Just doing this activity for around 15 minutes a day has had a huge impact on my life . This helps in getting all the "garbage " out of your mind and be mindful . Feeling grateful for what you have is a great way to optimize this walk . 

This walk has helped in the following ways :-
  • Taught me to love myself
  • Helps in getting clarity of vision
  • Helps in Making better decisions
  • Provides a balance to your thoughts
  • Acts as a mental detox 
  • Keeps your mind fresh

I recently made a trip to Andaman where i spent a lot of time at the beach . But unlike other beaches i had been to , this experience was different . It looked different and it felt different . What was different this time ? Well, it is tough to put in words but let me give it a try. 

Being away from the city , i had a lot time to reflect and let me tell you what ! 2 days in and i started realizing that i was living in a bubble and that was not a good place to be . I realized that life had a lot more and need to make some serious changes . I realized that the bubble only gets bigger with time . But does not cease to exist .

At this point of time , i just want all of you to sit back and "THINK"

Wanna know what all changes i made ?There is a lot to tell you ! My following posts would be focused on that !
