HOW DID I DO IT ?



Well that's me 

This happened just after 3 months of me discovering a nutrition and workout plan that was designed to last long and sustainable . This routine was fun and challenging at the same time and taught me a ton of things . I finally figured out where i was going wrong and why i could not be consistent earlier .
