This is the exact formula I followed to get lean and mean
MORNING-8:30 AM
1. 60 GRAMS OATS WITH ALMOND MILK
2. A PROTEIN SHAKE
3. FRUITS
MID-MORNING SNACK-11:30 am
1.40 grams nuts
2.Salad
Lunch-1:30 pm
1 50 grams dal
2 2 rotis
3 30 grams sabzi
4 salad
5 curd
EVENING SNACK
1. 2 slices of brown bread
2. 10 grams peanut butter
DINNER
1. 100 Grams salad
2. protein shake
1 cheat meal allowed in a week
