HORMONE BALANCING MEAL PLAN
The hormone levels in our body can change depending on the stage of life like puberty,pregnancy,menopause and other age related factors . But not just that , our hormones can also be affected by lifestyle related factors such as 1.Stress 2.Sleeping patters 3.Unhealthy eating 4.Dehydration 5.Medicines 6.Drugs 7.Steroids These hormonal imbalances may further lead to problems like 1.Diabetes 2.Hypertension 3.Insomnia 4. Rapid Weight loss/gain 5.Cholesterol 6.Low energy levels/frequent fatigue 7.Mood swings 90 percent of people i know are encountering one of these factors causing hormonal imbalance .
